Mask-Wearing: possible policy change survey

The CDC’s Aug. 11, 2022 guidelines relax some of its previous COVID-19 guidelines. Please complete the following survey which will take less than 2 minutes. Results will be reported in the aggregate and shared with the board and players.

The DSO’s driving commitment, of course, is to follow the science and assure the safety and well-being of our audience and players.

The DSO Board is interested in understanding if the new CDC guidance on not wearing masks would make players feel more or less comfortable.
